Privacy Policy

Puntify is an offline game scorekeeper. We don't collect, sell or share your personal information. This policy explains what data the app and this website handle.
Data we do NOT collect
We don't ask for an account, email, phone number or any personal data. We don't use analytics, third-party trackers or tracking cookies. The app has no login.
Data stored on your device
Matches, saved players and preferences (theme, haptics, animations) are stored locally on your device using OS-level storage (AsyncStorage on iOS/Android). They never leave your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
System permissions
The app may request vibration for haptic feedback. Optional and can be disabled in Settings. We don't request camera, microphone, location, contacts or notifications.
Third-party services
The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. If you rate the app, the review stays on the store (App Store / Google Play) under their policies. Links to Instagram and Cafecito take you to those platforms.
Error reporting (Sentry)
To diagnose crashes and errors, the app sends anonymous reports to Sentry (sentry.io). Each report may include: device model, OS version, app version, error stack trace, pre-crash actions (breadcrumbs) and anonymized IP. We do NOT send: name, email, match content, saved players or personal data. Sentry acts as a data processor under our instructions; you can read their policy at sentry.io/privacy.
This website
The site is 100% static. No server-side tracking, no forms that submit data, no analytics, no advertising. Fonts come from Google Fonts but are self-hosted from our CDN (no runtime requests to Google, no tracking).
Cookies and local storage
This site uses NO cookies. It uses a single localStorage key ("puntify-theme") to remember your theme preference (light/dark/system) across visits. This is functional storage required for the choice you make; it contains no personal data or identifiers. You can clear it by clearing site data in your browser. Under the EU ePrivacy directive this usage is exempt from consent because it is strictly necessary for the functionality you requested.
Minors
The app is suitable for all ages (4+ rating). We don't collect data from anyone, including minors.
Changes
If we update this policy, we change the date above. We won't notify by email because we don't have your email.
